The real problem with my last project was that I had been asked to use my creativity and come up with something outstanding but I was saturated already. If you faced this too, share what you did to get over it in the comments! When I sat down to write, I thought about what I had learned so far and what would be the topic that I would want to share with you. Sometimes, watching a favorite TV show or taking a walk outside, maybe indulge in artwork or talking to other designers helps too. Writing eases the block and helps to focus on something new. That is exactly why I turned to write another blog today.
I wondered, “what could possibly be causing this problem and how can I overcome it?” Everything seemed repetitive and boring and I wanted to try something new. I noticed that creating presentations seemed like a tedious task which I have done over and over again.
I reached a point of saturation and was unable to go ahead and design the last project I was working on. Creating and designing content needs passion to transform plain and boring content into something highly interesting and attractive. A few days ago, I had a “designer’s block”, just like writers have a “writer’s block” and readers have a “reader’s block”.
